18 Walmart deals we like better than the other sales happening right now

Prime Minister’s Day is is in full swing, but Amazon isn’t the only store offering deals. Walmart has a competing sale offering that it calls, in a flurry of creativity, “Walmart Deals.” Like Prime Day, Walmart’s sale features a range of deals on headphones, tablets, kitchen equipment and other tech. Best of all, there are no members-only offers here, so you can shop without worrying that you’ll be asked to sign up for one. I’ve rounded up the best Walmart deals on our favorite gear tested by WIRED.

The best TV for gaming is incredibly accurate, delivers nearly infinite contrast, and features vibrant but refined colors. Samsung’s Gaming Center is the best whether you’re playing on console or cloud gaming, featuring an easy-to-use Game Bar, fast input response, and a full range of HDMI 2.1 ports.

Reasonably priced at its regular price, the TCL QM6K is a steal with this discount. The 65-inch model uses QLED display technology for vivid colors and good contrast, even from a side viewing angle. Gamers will appreciate the 144Hz refresh rate for low-latency performance, all powered by the intuitive Google TV OS.

The best streaming device for most people, this Roku stick is small, fast, and can plug directly into your TV’s HDMI port. It is very easy to use and has a handy remote control to support voice search.

Our favorite portable Bluetooth speaker, JBL’s Flip strikes the perfect balance between portability and sound quality. The Flip 7 also has some additional features like water resistance, an easy-release strap, and a two-hour battery boost (or four with low bass).

With the same H2 chip that powers the AirPods Pro 2, the PowerBeats Pro 2 impressed our reviewer, who praised the “crazy comfortable” fit and dynamic sound. There are also ANC and transparency modes for both road safety and gym safety, wireless charging, IP57 durability, full sound quality, and built-in heart rate monitoring.

With the same cool, comfortable, and iconic design as their predecessor, Apple’s AirPods Max 2 offer enhanced noise cancellation and Bluetooth connectivity. Apple has also upgraded software features, such as gesture controls and adaptive audio. It’s a bit pricey at the suggested retail price, but this discount is decent for Apple fans.

The Apple Watch Series 11 is the best smartwatch ever for iPhone owners. The main improvement is the 24-hour battery life, which allows for convenient sleep tracking. You also get clinically validated watchOS health updates, including FDA-cleared high blood pressure notifications, Apple’s Sleep Score, and blood oxygen sensing.

The basic iPad ticks all the boxes you need in a tablet. This is the newer model, updated in 2025 to an A16 chip and 6GB of RAM. It is perfect for casual games, reading books, watching movies in bed and sharing with your kids. Amazon has the same discounts for Prime members right now, but this is as good a deal as we usually see on iPads.

These little trackers may be the best way to keep an eye on your keys or luggage if you use an iPhone. They are some of the best trackers out there. It’s about the size of a quarter, and uses Bluetooth technology and Apple’s proprietary U1 location chip to pinpoint locations in the Find My app.

Best outdoor wireless security camera for Google Homes The Nest Cam Outdoor features an easy-to-use magnetic mount, an expanded 130-degree field of view, and captures 1080p video with HDR and night vision. There’s also a clear speaker and microphone. You only get three hours of free event history, but you can add a Home Premium subscription ($10 per month, or $100 for the entire year) to get 30 days of event history and facial recognition.

You may remember that this tool went viral on TikTok a few years ago, and it’s still an excellent upholstery or carpet cleaner at its regular price. It is very good at absorbing spills and may remove stains, and it is much less bulky than regular carpet cleaner.
