Just Chat Zach “Asmongold” Blair accused “QTCinderella” of lying about nominations for the 2025 Streamer Awards. During a live stream on November 17, 2025, Asmongold responded to a video in which QTCinderella responded to claims that “problematic” streamers were being “blackballed” from her annual event.
While claiming that some of the streamers’ fans “don’t show up” to vote for their nominations, the 31-year-old said:
“No! They’re never nominated. It turns out their audience doesn’t show up. I think when people have, like, a crazy audience or something, you know, I don’t see Jack Doherty’s audience voting for him. I don’t do that. They don’t show up. I don’t know. It’s always funny. Every year the audience will complain that they’re not nominated, and then, they don’t do the nominations on live or they don’t tweet about it, or they don’t, like, ask their audience to vote for them. They don’t give anything away! You know, they should You have to log in with a Twitch account, you have to fill out a form, which I know some viewers don’t have… I’m not going to say the quiet part out loud.
In response, Asmongold reported that QTCinderella was insinuating that some creators were artificially inflating view counts. He then accused her of lying about the situation, expressing his belief that the Los Angeles-based personality “exercises editorial control” over who is nominated for the Streamer Awards:
“It’s trying to insinuate that they’re spoiling the viewing. It’s obvious what you’re doing. So, here’s the thing — you’re lying. You know you’re lying. Everybody knows you’re lying. I think you exercised editorial control, choosing the nominees not entirely from fan voting, but from your own opinions and to keep the show brand-friendly. I think the show’s priority is to make sure the show gets as many viewers as possible and keeps as many sponsors as possible, and I think that’s what happened and I’m willing To bet $100,000 on it.
Asmongold wants QTCinderella to invite him to see how people are nominated for Streamer Awards
The conversation continued, with Asmongold suggesting that QTCinderella invite him next year to observe how creators are nominated for the Streamer Awards:
“Invite me next year to watch the voting, and if the people voted on are actually the people nominated, I will donate $100,000 to a charity of your choice. That’s how certain I am that you’re lying.”
Furthermore, Asmongold commented on Hassan “Hassan Abi” not being nominated for any of the categories this year by saying:
“You have someone like Hassan. Hassan gets nominated every year, for multiple awards, multiple times, and this time, he wasn’t even nominated for League of Their Own. And he’s actually one of the only people on the platform who does political content, and he was one of the first people, along with Destiny, to really make that his main content. And you’re telling me he wasn’t nominated for that?”
In other news, on November 17, 2025, QTCinderella responded to Deshae Frost’s comments about her while presenting her nominees for The Streamer Awards 2025.
