If all these IPOs go as planned, these companies will replace the evil FAANG cabal — Facebook (now Meta), Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google (now Alphabet) — with the MANGOS coterie: Meta, Anthropic, Nvidia, Google, OpenAI, SpaceX.

As these companies move forward, so will the entire tech industry, or so it will seem from the summer of 2026.

Of course, FAANG isn’t quite dead — Amazon and Netflix are still going strong — but Amazon’s streaming services and e-commerce business, if not its cloud, are perhaps less innovative these days than the AI ​​and agent companies that the tech industry is about to crown.
