Twitch streamer Nick “Lacy” has attracted attention for controversial reasons after one of his fans had his DoorDash accounts suspended after eating a customer’s food. Lacy hosted a food delivery segment during his IRL Twitch stream on March 2, 2026.
Two hours and 51 minutes into the stream, while the creator was picking up groceries for delivery from a convenience store, he decided to open a can of Pringles, a bag of Sour Patch, and a can of Monster energy drink and consumed them live on stream.
When he noticed his live viewers claiming he was faking a DoorDash delivery, Lacey said:
“Am I not fit to do this on a DoorDash mission? I don’t want to show her address, but (streamer shows DoorDash delivery map on his phone). Bro, she’s got seven monsters. She doesn’t need seven! She wouldn’t notice if she had six or seven. That’s a dead good flavour, too, dead a**! That’s a dead good flavour! Chat, you won’t notice! First off, Pringles, we ate four Sour Patch chips, maybe you’ll notice they’re open and make a little complaint, and what does that mean?”

A few moments later, the former FaZe Clan member discovered that the DoorDash account he borrowed from his fans had been suspended, so he decided to pay them $250 in compensation.
Netizens had a lot to say about the situation, with many expressing their dismay at Nick’s actions.
“$250 for putting someone out of work to fund your content..” Reddit user UniversitySalty8130 wrote.
“A millionaire made a guy homeless and told him to give him $250? Why is this guy so popular,” Reddit user Heyoayyo commented.
“This guy is beyond stupid…did he really admit to identity theft/fraud and violating FDA safety…and then try to solve the problem by sending them $250? Yes, this guy is probably blacklisted from all other food delivery related businesses because of Lacey. There are legal grounds to even sue Lacey and charge him criminally as well.” It was noted that the Reddit user’s mail was not forwarded.
“He knew how dangerous it was to give someone their DoorDash account” – Lacy pays fan $250 after his DoorDash account is suspended
At three hours and seven minutes into his IRL Twitch stream, Lacy showed the DoorDash account deactivation message he received.
Here is what he wrote:
“Your account has been deactivated. Reason for deactivation – rating quality. Unfortunately, due to user feedback constantly affecting constantly low ratings, we have removed access to your driver account in accordance with community guidelines.”

A few moments later, when the Twitch streamer suggested paying $500 to the fan whose DoorDash account had been terminated, the 23-year-old responded:
“Okay bro, send him like $250. (The streamer replies, ‘Okay. $250? Bro, what?! At least $500, I’m not going to lie. Bro, I had sex with him.’) I’m not going to send him $500! OK! But he knew the risk of giving someone his DoorDash account! Well, I had a little snack.”
As of this writing, Lacy has not addressed the backlash that followed the livestream clip of her recent DoorDash delivery.
