💡 **What You’ll Learn**:

Andrade made one appearance with AEW in 2025, but this did not lead to anything due to some legal issues he faced regarding his contracts. However, in 2026, he could return to the company with someone by his side.

The fighter appeared in the Jacksonville-based promotion in October, but ultimately, it was short-lived, as he was dealing with technicalities regarding the non-compete clause in his WWE contract. After some bumps in the road, this issue has since been resolved when he has appeared in other promotions, including some shows on the independent circuit around the world.

Assistant Jose, who ran La Faccion Ingobernable, recently made a bold claim on social media. He claimed that he will be seen alongside his former teammates in the future. This was a vague post because it did not mention which LFI members he would be meeting with again. He could start managing Andrade again.

He has currently appeared in several promotions outside of AEW, and the two could build their partnership in the process. When the time is right, they can reunite with the rest of the LFI members. This would be a big step as Andrade officially joining the faction would help their ranks, especially with both Rush and Dralistico dealing with injuries.

Andrade’s next set of matches have been confirmed

Since the non-compete had expired, it was expected that the fighter would make his way to AEW, but that was not the case. Instead, he has returned to NJPW and is scheduled to compete tomorrow at Wrestle Kingdom 20 alongside the United Empire.

The Japanese promotion also announced that the former WWE star will participate in the New Year Dash show on January 5. These coming days will be busy for him.

Confirmed for NJPW New Year Dash!! On January 5, 2026: • TMDK vs. Knockout Brothers • Konosuke Takeshita will wrestle • Andrade will wrestle El Edolo Takeshita/Andrade will both stay one more day in Japan. 🔥

After such a short stint in NJPW, it remains to be seen if this will eventually lead to his return to AEW. Since there’s nothing holding him back, this seems to be his next main course of action, unless some other issues arise.
