Arsenal: When can the Gunners win the Premier League title?

City have a game in hand against Arsenal and also host the Gunners at the Etihad Stadium on April 19, but the title is now out of their hands.

The match between City and Crystal Palace has not yet been rearranged, but could take place between Week 32 and 33 if both clubs exit Europe.

If Arsenal win all their remaining matches, including a win over City, they could be crowned champions with two games to go with a draw with West Ham on May 9.

But if City drop points ahead of Arsenal’s trip to the London Stadium, and Arsenal maintain their winning streak, the title will be decided even sooner.

However, if City win all their remaining league matches – including the win over Arsenal – and the Gunners win all their other league matches, the title race will move to the final day of the season.

But Arsenal also have a significantly superior goal difference over City, who currently hold a seven-goal lead over their rivals.

Opta’s calculations put Arsenal’s chance of winning the title at 97.42%.
