Best Black Friday streaming deals (2025): HBO Max, Disney+, Apple

HBO knows you do too Bored and cold. She wants you to relax with Max and relax with Noah Wyle in scrubs. The company is offering some of the best Black Friday streaming deals with a ridiculously low $3-a-month offer for basic HBO Max (it’s the version with ads and 2K streaming, but it’s still pretty cheap). Disney Plus and Hulu Black Friday deals are bundled for $5 per month. Apple TV wants back into your life for $6.

Of course, this deal is intended only for new Clients. Not boring existing Clients. If you already have basic HBO Max, you’re already paying $11 for the same service, and HBO wants you to keep doing that. Streaming apps depend on you being satisfied and happy in your streaming life. Maybe they take you for granted.

Sometimes you can get the current deal by simply threatening to cancel your account or actually canceling it. Suddenly, you’re a new and exciting client again! Another way is to use an alternate email account (maybe your spouse or roommate’s account?) and alternate payment information as a new customer. If you use a backup email (you didn’t hear that from me), check your favorite app’s terms of service to make sure you’re not violating it by re-signing up with different emails. I’ll also issue a warning that you’ll lose all viewing data and personalized suggestions if you sign up again.

But times and wallets are tight! And $3 for HBO Max sounds pretty good.
