Campbell Hatton will compete on the undercard of what would have been an event headlined by his late father, Ricky, on April 11 in Dubai.
The two-weight world champion died at the age of 46 last September.
Ricky was scheduled to face Issa Aldah last year in what was described as his first professional fight since his retirement in 2012.
His son Campbell will compete for the first time since his retirement from boxing in 2024 after consecutive defeats.
Campbell said on Instagram: “I am looking forward to returning to the ring in memory of my father in Dubai.”
Ricky’s niece and nephew, Jack and Lola Hutton, will also compete in the event.
Both teens are in the early stages of their amateur careers.
Campbell (25 years old) initially followed in his father’s footsteps in professional boxing, but after 14 wins and two losses, he decided to stay away from this sport.
Fight Night is now headlined by former world champion Kell Brook, who says he will fight in honor of “The Killer.”
Brook, 39, retired from boxing in 2022 after defeating his long-time rival Amir Khan.
It is unclear whether the bout with the 47-year-old Aldah, who has not fought since 2021, will be a full professional fight.
Organizers say the event will support the newly established Ricky Hatton Foundation and honor the boxer’s memory during the evening.
