📌 **What You’ll Learn**:

Glasner led Palace to their first major trophy when they beat Manchester City in the FA Cup final last May, which also secured them a place in this season’s Conference League.

But Palace sold their talisman Eberechi Eze in the summer to Arsenal, and although the Eagles started the season well by going unbeaten in their first 11 matches in all competitions, they are now winless in their past 10 matches.

Glasner added: “If your heart has been torn twice this season, in one day before a game, it was with Eze in the summer, and it was with Guehi now…

“What should I say to the players all the time? What should I say to them? And then I see the performance today for 50 or 60 minutes – it was not easy with all the circumstances going on here with 12 players from the squad.

“I look at the bench, I can’t respond, just kids on the bench, and this didn’t happen yesterday, this happened weeks ago. That’s why I’m really frustrated today.”

In response to a question about whether he was inclined to leave this month instead of waiting until the end of the season, Glasner added: “No, never, I will never do that. I will continue with this group of players until the end.”

“I have great respect for their character. I see they are disappointed and I know how hard they work, and I see how hard they fight in the end. There is absolutely no chance.

“I told the players that we have to stick together, if we don’t get support, we will do it. There is no one else, we are the only ones, we are the ones who have to play.”
