Dale Earnhardt Jr. shared the “perfect” Thanksgiving meal that includes Amy’s special recipe for deviled eggs
During one of the episodes of the program Download Dell Junior The podcast aired in November 2025. Dale Earnhardt Jr. talked about the “perfect” Thanksgiving meal. During the episode, Earnhardt Jr. shared his wife Amy’s wasabi-stuffed deviled eggs as the perfect meal to celebrate the holiday.
Dale Jr. started the conversation, recalling the green bean casserole his mother made. He then revealed cornbread as another option to celebrate the holiday. But he saved his favorite meal for last, saying Amy made hard-boiled eggs and added wasabi and soy sauce to the filling. He claimed it was the “perfect” Thanksgiving meal.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. explained further [00:25]:
“Amy’s recipe has wasabi, and it has soy sauce. She makes part of the egg. She mixes some wasabi in there, but the perfect part is before you put the filling in the egg whites, she puts a drop of soy sauce in the egg whites. So when you put the filling in there, the soy sauce covers the whole inner plate of the egg whites. Which is amazing. It’s really good.”
The two-time NASCAR Xfinity Series champion concluded that Amy hasn’t made her own deviled eggs in a while. He also claimed that he would ask her to make some to celebrate Eid this year.
