This season’s EFL play-off finals will be held at Wembley Stadium over the spring break weekend in May.
The English Premier League announced that the championship final will be held on Saturday, May 23, followed by the first league on Sunday, and the second league concludes on Monday.
The dates for the two-legged semi-finals have also been confirmed, following the end of the regular season on Saturday 2 May (all times GMT):

First leg of Championship A (6th vs. 3rd) – 20:00

First leg of Championship B (5th vs. 4th) – 12:30
First leg match (6th vs. 3rd) – 15:00
First leg of the Second Division (5th vs. 4th) – 20:00

First leg of the Second Division A (7 vs 4) – 15:00
