✅ **What You’ll Learn**:

Bruno Fernandes (Captain), Manchester United£9.6 million – Tottenham (h)

He produced last week and was given the captaincy once again in a United team that feels capable of scoring three goals in any game at the current level – even if their defense is shaky.

There’s no point in going over all his stats over and over again, but it’s safe to say that the Portuguese midfielder is head and shoulders above everyone else in terms of creativity.

Only Fernandes (12) and Bayern Munich’s Michael Olise (14) have reached double figures for assists in Europe’s top five leagues this season.

Matthews Cunha, Manchester United£8 million – Tottenham (h)

The Brazilian’s nine consecutive strikes mean he has the nod over Bryan Mbeumou (£8.4m) and Amad Diallo (£6.2m) as United’s second attacking option.

Cunha has the most shots per 90 minutes on the pitch (3.69) of any United midfielder – followed by Mbeumou with 2.65. Cunha took more shots (61) than any other midfielder in the league as well.

He feels he is the least likely of the trio to be rested if Benjamin Sisko is called into the starting line-up after his match-winning goal against Fulham.

enzo fernandes, Chelsea£6.8 million – Wolves (a)

Another great game for Chelsea and Fernandes continues to produce, with returns in five of his past six matches.

He still has the highest expected goals (xG) among midfielders at 8.91 and is still just an overall pick, especially at the price.

Yassin Al-Ayari Brighton£4.8 million – Crystal Palace (h)

The 22-year-old Swede turned to an FPL deal recently.

Ayari has come back in his past four matches, including two double-digit outings.

He is also interested in getting defensive contribution points (defcon) per game. In his past seven matches, he has been beaten three times and has been one point away from getting it twice.

All for £4.8m – contestants take notice.

elliott anderson, Nottingham Forest£5.3 million – Leeds (a)

Another budget gem that FPL managers should look closely at.

Anderson has Deacon points in his past eight matches.

He’s pretty much capable of getting two extra points per game, so you’re starting on a four-point base before he does anything offensively.
