Fractional Growth Engineer (Contract) – Coverage Cat

Seeking a self-starter for a fractional role.

Role is to support the team with organic growth engineering implementation and operations. This can range from designing AI tools for growth to hiring folks to do in-person canvassing off Craigslist! Growing the world’s AI-native insurance broker still takes some IRL effort.

Anyone with a growth mindset and a willingness to overcome operational obstacles to ensure experiment success are encouraged to apply. Opportunities for additional incentive pay.
