Top seed Francisco Cerundolo will face Jannick Hanfmann in the semifinals of the 2026 Chile Open.

After a bye in the first round, Cerundolo started his campaign with a comfortable 6-2, 6-2 victory over Elmer Mueller. He raised his game further in the quarter-finals, demolishing Emilio Nava 6-1, 6-1 in just over an hour.

Hanfmann defeated Dusan Lajovic 6-0, 6-3 in the first round, then followed by defeating fourth seed Camilo Ugo Carabelli 6-3, 6-3. He faced the lucky loser Velius Gobas in the quarter-finals.
