Jon Moxley and the former WWE Champion were caught in a brutal match at AEW Full Gear

The former WWE Champion was part of a brutal showdown against Jon Moxley at AEW Full Gear 2025. As the pace of the match picked up, both stars found themselves wide open in similar striking positions.

By doing so, both men were unlocked and continued to fight each other with every ounce of energy in their bodies. The match became even more brutal after those moments, as both stars went above and beyond to hurt each other.

In the end, O’Reilly shocked the world by once again tapping Moxley with an ankle lock. He achieved the decisive victory as the leader of the Death Riders fell into depression. Moxley initially chose to leave the ringside area, but entered the squared circle one final time to beat down O’Reilly until his cliques ran in to make the save. Despite this, the AEW star pulled off a huge win, defeating a top star like Jon Moxley in a singles match at Full Gear 2025.
