Laviai Nielsen and Alexander Doom competing at EAP Glasgow

Laviai Nielsen The double Olympic medalist from 2024 – with bronze in the 4×400 relay and mixed relay – finished fourth at the 2024 World Indoor Championships at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow, and will shine in the women’s 400m.

Alexander Dom The three-time world champion returns to Glasgow, where he captured his first world title in the 400m in 2024. He also won the world title in the 4x400m indoor with Belgium and two European titles outdoors that year.

Imani Lancicott The two-time World and Olympic 4x100m medalist will be hoping to open her season in Glasgow with a win in the closely contested 60m race, with seven women competing in less than 7.30 seconds.

Andrew Robertson The Manchester runner is looking to build on his impressive 2025 indoor season, when he won his first major international medal with a 60m bronze at the European Indoor Championships.

Guy Learmonth The Scot is seeking selection for his fourth Commonwealth Games – on home soil – and is racing in Glasgow after a long gap.

Shakira King A European Junior Championships 800m finalist in 2025, King is moving up the ranks in the top-class women’s 800m.

Alison Pill The two-time European Under-23 4x100m champion will be looking to repeat the double she achieved last year in the 60m and 200m at the inaugural EAP Glasgow event.

Adam Thomas The 2022 World Indoor Championships finalist has been Scotland’s top 100m runner for nearly a decade and is aiming to make his second Commonwealth Games team this summer.

Charlotte Henrich Another promising junior rising to the top ranks, she is the 2025 European Junior Champion, and will be competing in her favorite 400m event this weekend.

Alessandro Schinini The Scot will look to defend the event he won in 2025, but will be competing against several men who have clocked 7.90m and above in the long jump.
