“It feels great to be back in rugby,” Rhys-Zammit added.
“I went out there and tried it but I’m happy to be back. It’s great to see all the players again, there’s a new coaching staff which is great.
“All the boys love it and we are ready to pounce on it.
“This is the first time I’ve been in this stadium in 18 months and it’s a strange feeling. It’s great to see so many fans supporting us because it means a lot.”
Reece-Zammit, Dier and Davies underwent a series of running drills behind the pillars of the Principality Stadium, while the main team held a full plenary session.
Montpellier lock Adam Bird did not take part in the Wales training event in Cardiff as he had to return to his French club due to World Rugby regulations.
Ollie Cracknell, Leicester’s No. 8, has been an observer, while Dragons’ Elliott Dee has been training with the team, but is not currently part of the 39-man squad.
