Mickey Moore: Is a loan to Tottenham the solution to Rangers’ open play issues?

The Rangers boss told BBC Scotland: “We know Mikey and it should be this level for him again and again.”

“This is the next step for him, consistency. But I won’t talk about individual performance, I’ll talk about the team.”
