MMA: Complete undercard for Rousey vs Carano includes Muhammed Mukayev, Francis Ngannou and Nate Diaz

Muhammed Mukayev will face Adriano Moraes in a flyweight bout on the undercard of Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano on May 16 in California.

The Briton was released by the UFC in 2024 but has racked up three wins since then as well as competing in numerous grappling bouts.

Mukayev (25 years old) will face Brazilian Moraes, who has achieved 21 wins in 27 matches but has recently become a free player.

Mukayev was born in Russia before moving to England as a young refugee with his family, and is unbeaten in 17 matches.

Most Valuable Promotions Jake Paul (MVP) confirmed the match in announcing the rest of the undercard for Rousey’s return.

The event will consist of 11 bouts, including Francis Ngannou vs. Philip Lenz in a heavyweight bout, and Nate Diaz vs. Mike Perry in a welterweight bout.

Former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos and the sister of UFC double weight champion Allen Pereira are also included on the card as well.

MVP selected several former UFC fighters and free agents for the event with Rousey insisting she wanted to “challenge the monolith that the UFC has become” within mixed martial arts.

The first women’s champion in the UFC has not fought in 10 years, after retiring from mixed martial arts after consecutive losses.

Former UFC fighters on the card include Rousey, Ngannou, Diaz, Perry, Lorenz Larkin, Robelles Despaigne and Chris Avila.

Moraes was a champion in the Asia-based ONE Championship, Jackson was a Bellator champion and Frenchman Saladin Parnasse won titles at two weight divisions in the European MMA promotion KSW.
