Before and after every match, Premier League managers talk to reporters and journalists, about the good times, the bad times and even the times when they are on the verge of being sacked. But how important are commitments to the media, and can an interview make the difference between winning and losing public support? Former Rangers, Brentford and Queen Park Rangers manager Mark Warburton tells Jon Bennett how it can be difficult to control your emotions immediately after a match and how they can be used as a way to get messages across to both fans and players. Warburton says Jose Mourinho, who worked with him at Chelsea, was an expert when it came to dealing with the media.
