A clip of Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has gone viral on social media. In the video, we see the quarterback trying to motivate his team with a motivational speech before Thursday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens.
“We got 60 minutes, 60 minutes tonight,” Tagovailoa said. “Four hours of pain, four hours of making them feel you. Hey, once we’re out of there, let’s close the portal, and let’s do what we do best.”

“Oh my god, this is so bad,” this fan commented.
Tua Tagovailoa has been in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons this season. The Dolphins were struggling on the field, recording a 2-6 campaign heading into Thursday’s game against the Ravens. The quarterback tallied 1,518 passing yards and 15 TDs while throwing 10 interceptions and being sacked 16 times down the field.
Aside from this, Tagovailoa, who signed a four-year, $212.4 million extension in July 2024, received widespread criticism for throwing his teammates under the bus after the Week 6 loss to the Chargers. He later apologized for his comments, but it did not help put the team on the field.
Tua Tagovailoa’s issues on the field continue to pile up during Thursday’s game against the Ravens
After the win over the Falcons last week, fans expected the Dolphins to finally turn their fortunes around. Unfortunately, Tua Tagovailoa once again struggled to get the offense going during Thursday’s game against the Ravens.
During a fourth-down play in the second quarter, the Dolphins’ quarterback deflected a pass intended for running back De’Von Achane inside the red zone. Coach Mike McDaniel was clearly unhappy with the play, as this was their third turnover of the game and could have been a touchdown for the team.
In the first half, Tagovailoa completed 15 of 22 passes for 152 yards. Lamar Jackson, on the other hand, scored 89 yards and two touchdowns. The Dolphins (2-6) trailed John Harbaugh’s team (2-5) 14-6 at halftime.
