✅ **What You’ll Learn**:
The Rams and San Francisco 49ers both won last week to join NFC West rival Seattle in the divisional round, making them three teams from that division in the quarterfinals.
The Chicago Bears made a record six fourth-quarter comebacks during the regular season and pulled off another comeback last week to take the lead, but if the Rams win in Chicago, it will guarantee a divisional matchup in the conference championship.
“The Bears’ slow start will come back, especially against higher-level teams — and the Rams are certainly one of those,” Dragon said.
“Matt Stafford is their favorite player, they have arguably the best receiving corps in the NFL with Bukka Nakoa and Davante Adams on the outside, and their defense is very good as well.”
Injury-plagued San Francisco lost another key player last week — tight end George Kittle — and this week they visit Seattle, whose quarterback Sam Darnold has played just one playoff game.
If they win, the Seahawks will also host the conference championship at Lumen Field, where their rowdy fans are known as the “12s” because they resemble having a 12th man.
“This is probably the loudest place I’ve ever been,” Dragon said. “These fans can get after it, and that really helps when the opposition team has the ball.
“Seattle is a complete team. They don’t rely on Darnold and the last time they played the 49ers, their defense only held them to three points.”
“There’s a lot of familiarity because they’re divided opponents, so I think you can throw seeds out the window – it’s all going to be about physicality,” McGeogan added.
