Palace beat rivals Brighton earlier in February, but have failed to win a home game since November.

Speaking before Sunday’s match against Wolves, Glasner said: “I’m always realistic, and we’re not in the best moment right now. I understand that, and I take responsibility for everything because I’m responsible for the whole team.”

“Right now, I’m not good enough to replace the players we sold. I’m not good enough to integrate the new players into the game the same way we played, and I’m not good enough so we can handle the schedule we have.

“On the other hand, I was good enough to play my best season ever [and] Winning two awards.

“We are playing a better season in the Premier League than that [in] Eight of the last ten seasons. “We are playing European football, that is the reality.”

Glasner is considered the most successful coach in the club’s history after winning the FA Cup and the Community Shield last season.

Palace host bottom of the table Wolves on Sunday before their Conference League second leg with Zrinjski Mostar on Thursday.
