Littler arrives in Belfast in sixth place in the standings, level on points with defending champion Luke Humphries, who will play Stephen Ponting for the right to face Littler or Clayton in the semi-final on Thursday night.
Humphreys averaged 106 in his win over Josh Rooke on night three of the Scottish Premiership, but he paid the price for his darts misses for the second week in a row – this time against Gian van Veen in the last four.
Rock and Ponting are yet to pick up their first wins of the Premier League season, with the former losing to Clayton, Michael van Gerwen and Humphries in the quarter-finals on the three nights to date.
On the other hand, Dutchman Van Veen made a strong start to the competition, qualifying for the night finals in Newcastle and Glasgow.
However, Rock has won each of his last four meetings against the 2025 European Championship winner and two-time World Youth Champion.
Van Veen beat Ponting and Humphries to progress to the decider on night three in Glasgow, where he was beaten by Clayton.
Clayton averaged over 104 to defeat Van Veen 6-2 in the Scottish capital, and the 2021 Premier League champions cruised to victory by an impressive 156 checkouts.
Thursday’s other quarter-final will see seven-time champion Van Gerwen take on 2023 runner-up Gerwen Price in a repeat of the Antwerp decider on the second night.
Van Gerwen, the winner of the first week of competition, withdrew from last week’s event in Scotland due to a medical problem, but despite this absence, the Dutchman is only one point away from the top of the standings.
