📌 Here’s what you’ll learn:

There is a lot at stake at Easter Road as Hibernian aim to go a full 12 months unbeaten at home in the league, while every game is now big for Rangers as they attempt to claw back ground after a poor start to the season.

Hibs have won two in a row after being stymied by sloppy draws and David Gray’s side are unbeaten in their past three Premier League meetings with Rangers.

However, Hibs fans have not celebrated their top-flight success at home against Rangers since September 2006, and they surrendered somewhat meekly at Ibrox in the Premier League Trophy last month.

In Sunday’s 2-1 win at Aberdeen, Hibs should have been out of sight before conceding to the dying embers.

The defense looks more solid now that Grant Hanley has made four straight starts and record-tying Tebaut Kledje is looking to score for a third straight game, but there is still a nagging feeling that Gray should get more from a host of exciting attacking talent.

There were positive signs for new boss Ruhl as Rangers finally recorded their first home league win of the season against Kilmarnock.

Rangers played with more pace and tenacity and there were potentially important goals for Danilo and Youssef El Shermati, two players in desperate need of a confidence boost.

Ruhl would like to end a club record run of 24 competitive away games without a clean sheet, but looks likely to focus more on the other end of the pitch.

These two produced 3-3 and 2-2 results in Edinburgh last season and another thriller from start to finish will not come as a surprise.
