Six Nations 2026: Wales 23-26 Scotland – Darcy Graham’s game-changing try

It was the moment that turned the Six Nations Test match in Scotland’s favor as the visitors’ quick thinking mercilessly exposed Wales as they stalled in defence.

He allowed Scottish substitute winger Darcy Graham to score the game-changing try.

Wales was ahead 23-12 in the 58th minute after substitute Jarrod Evans scored a penalty kick.

The highly efficient home ball boy quickly presented the ball down the halfway line for Scotland to quickly begin the restart and Finn Russell and Graham did the rest.

Russell quickly retreated towards the vacant Welsh right side, throwing the home defence into oblivion.

Wales substitute James Botham, who had played a brilliant game, saw the ball drop on his shoulder and Graham, who had just entered the field, reacted the quickest.

Graham beat Wales winger Gabriel Hammer-Webb – who was running back after following up Evans’ penalty – to stun the hosts with Russell’s conversion to cut the deficit to four points.

The momentum shifted as Scotland went on to win the game and break Welsh hearts.
