๐Ÿ“Œ Hereโ€™s what youโ€™ll learn:

These decisions – including a complete overhaul of the squad with 11 new players – have added a clearer edge and more creativity to an already hard-working core.

And it has paid off.

Mark Elliott, BBC Radio Stoke Potters commentator, said: โ€œMark Robins entered Stoke like a problem-solving headteacher entering a special measures school.โ€

โ€œHe steadied the ship and displayed the decisiveness and relentless efficiency rarely seen in a department ruled by madness.โ€

Elliott said Robins’ reshaping of the team created “an identity that prioritizes work rate, toughness, character and teamwork”.

โ€œRobbins always feels like the adult in the room who is leading,โ€ he said.

โ€œHis determination to return Stoke to the top of the English football table and establish himself among the gameโ€™s elite in the process could not be more evident.โ€

Eight wins and only three losses so far. Eight goals in the last two games showed that the Potters can hit with the best of them.

The defense – the weakest in the English Premier League – conceded only nine times.

The Robins’ championship win rate now stands at 40%, the highest among the seven permanent managers who have tried to revive this grand old club back into the Premier League since their relegation from the top flight under Paul Lambert in 2017-18.

Better than Steven Schumacher (38%), Michael O’Neill (37%), Gary Rowett (31%), Alex Neill (30%), Bellach (16%) and Nathan Jones (14%).
