Shawn Michaels made a big decision last week. Now, one of WWE’s former names has made a call out to him.

A few days ago, Ava shockingly announced her departure from WWE. As a result, Shawn Michaels appointed Robert Stone as interim General Manager of NXT. Since then, many people have congratulated Stone on this milestone in his career. Even Armando Alejandro Estrada, who previously served as ECW General Manager, sent a video to Robert Stone. In the video, Estrada urged Michaels to appoint Stone as permanent general manager of the black and silver brand.

NXT Interim Manager Robert Stone took to social media to share this clip of Armando Estrada with the following caption:

“Last week I received a lot of calls, texts, DMs and even videos giving me advice or congratulating me. This message from former ECW manager @RealArmandoHaHa who is also a former opponent of mine (and man) was not in my cards. And the blows continue! 2 more days until @WWENXT on @TheCW_Sports”

Mike Chioda criticized Shawn Michaels for being unprofessional

During his legendary career, Shawn Michaels has stood across the ring in front of many icons. One such legend he faced was Hulk Hogan. The two men brawled at SummerSlam 2005. While fans expected a spectacle to occur, the end result was far from that. Michaels over-sold all of Hogan’s moves which ended up being the focal point of the match.

After a clip of this match resurfaced online, Mike Chioda took to social media to criticize Michaels for being unprofessional during the match.

“You know it was wrong for Shawn to disrespect Hulk Hogan like that, even though he was mad at the WWE office and for not being picked before the Rock vs Hogan WM 18 2002 match in Toronto, Canada. He definitely wasn’t a pro at the time. I remember everyone,” he wrote.

It will be interesting to see if Robert Stone becomes the permanent General Manager of NXT.
