The former WWE star makes his AEW debut at Collision

A former WWE performer made her AEW television debut on the latest episode of Collision. The star made her debut on Saturday’s show after competing for Tony Khan’s Ring of Honor.

Former WWE star Zayda Steele made her AEW debut at Collision. The 22-year-old star has been contracted under the Stamford-based promotion’s ID program for some time. However, she opted not to renew her contract last year and became a free agent. Ziada arrived at Tony Khan’s Ring of Honor last month and competed in three matches there as well.

Meanwhile, Zayda Steel made her AEW television debut on the latest episode of Collision. Zayda appeared alongside Scorpio Sky and the SkyFlight faction’s Top Flight in their opening match against the Death Riders. After SkyFlight lost the Trilogy Showdown, Ziada also got into an altercation with Marina Shafir of the Death Riders.

It didn’t end well for Zayda Steel, as Megan Payne came out and took her out with a huge powerbomb. This could also be a hint at Zayda’s potential All Elite in-ring debut.

Tony Khan talks about the former WWE star’s situation with AEW

After former WWE superstar, Zayda Steel, made her in-ring debut in his Ring of Honor promo, Tony Khan was asked about Steele’s status during the Final Battle 2025 media call. Khan praised Ziada’s work and urged fans to stay tuned while saying he’s interested in seeing more of her:

“Well, I think we’ll stay tuned as Zayda Steel is doing a great job and I think she’s doing a great job. I came out and we watched this promo with Leila Gray. I thought that was very interesting this week on ROH… Zayda definitely brought some good attention and I’ll be interested to see more of her in ROH for sure, stay tuned,” Tony said.

Fans will have to wait and see what’s next for Zayda Steel in All Elite Wrestling.
