The price of the Google Pixel 10 is $150

On the hunt For a new Android smartphone? Amazon currently has the 128GB Pixel 10 at Obsidian for just $649, which is $150 off its regular price. It’s one of our favorite Android smartphones, especially for users who take a lot of photos.

The biggest advantage the Pixel has over other Android smartphones is that you get the latest features from Google as soon as they’re available, often before other brands have implemented them. There are special camera modes that let you string multiple group shots together or help you improve your angle and lighting with helpful tips. You’ll also find new features like real-time translations, spam call screening, and Google has even figured out how to let you AirDrop files with iOS users.

All of these functions are powered by some of the best hardware you can find in an Android phone. The Pixel 10 has a 6.3-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother gaming and scrolling. The Tensor G5 is a step up from the Tensor G4 10a chip, and is equipped with 12GB of memory for better performance. It also supports Qi2 wireless charging, making it compatible with existing MagSafe accessories.

While the Pixel 10a will satisfy most people, the Pixel 10 offers a variety of upgrades over the base model, most of which have to do with cameras and image processing. The rear camera has a decent 5X optical zoom, letting you take those nature shots without scaring the wildlife, and the front camera also features auto focus, which will make your big group selfies less annoying. Oddly enough, the battery is actually a little smaller on the Pixel 10, but it didn’t disappoint us when it comes to longevity.

If the Pixel 10 goes on sale, I’ve spotted the discounted price point of $649 for the 128GB model at both Obsidian and Lemongrass, or $749 at Indigo.
