✅ **What You’ll Learn**:
Matthews Fernandes (West Ham): He’s one of those players who seems to piss me off, whether playing with them or against them. He did all the bad things really well. He has high energy, is young and talented and is the beating heart of the team. Sometimes he gets caught up in silly moments, trying to buy mistakes when he doesn’t have to. I think it was his best performance for West Ham this season, a very mature performance.
Nico O’Reilly (Manchester City): I would love to see him play in midfield. He adds strength and energy to City’s midfield, and it’s clear he scores goals there too. I feel that whenever he plays in his natural position – with Rodri around him – he will be a star, not just for Manchester City but England as well going forward.
Jacob Ramsey (Newcastle): When Newcastle’s midfield has been torn apart by injury or suspension in the last few weeks, he has quietly carried on. He was excellent and made sure he delivered in terms of performances and now goals. I think he’s a real steal for Newcastle.
Cole Palmer (Chelsea): I’ll give the sympathy vote to Cole Palmer. He was there last week because he scored a hat-trick against Wolves – but this week: goal, assist, a level above everyone else – but what a loss. If he scores this goal, it is clear that Chelsea will win the game. He’s obsessed. These mistakes put a little stigma on him, but I thought his overall performance was much better.
