💡 Key idea:
Nico O’Reilly (Manchester City): This kid is scary. He plays for Manchester City, and of course he’s a central midfielder and everyone forgets that. The way he plays at left-back is very intelligent. This kid impressed in the win over Bournemouth and I think he is a future star, I really do.
Gabriel (Arsenal): Again, just a threat and very good to see. Another clean sheet for Arsenal this season. They’re always on a roller coaster. It’s a bunch of set pieces, and it’s a nuisance. He doesn’t know much about the assists in the win over Burnley, but just being there made the difference. You can feel the fear in other teams.
Jean-Clair Todibo (West Ham): It is in for two reasons. Firstly, West Ham won a game, but I also thought they were balanced and confident. Newcastle weren’t at their best, but you can only overcome what’s in front of you. I thought he was really good on the ball and calmed it down. In the last few weeks, he has looked a bit scared, but he has seemed to have grown a bit under Nuno Espirito Santo’s guidance.
Ryan Sessegnon (Fulham): The team started with a win over Wolverhampton. Excellent progress and has been very good all season. I would argue he was the most consistent player all season. He has added goals to his game and it’s great to see him playing fit and healthy.
