Vitor Pereira: Wolves sacks its coach after a winless start to the Premier League season

When asked how Wolverhampton could become the first team in the English Premier League to escape relegation after obtaining two points from 10 matches, he was unable to provide a convincing answer.

Pereira is a good man, an honest person and an experienced coach, and he knew that the situation was unlikely to turn in his favor.

The trip to Chelsea on Saturday does not appear to give Wolves a chance to end their winless start.

With the international break underway, Wolves must regroup quickly or risk relegation to the Championship.
