New Rangers winger Skov Olsen says fans can expect him to ‘move on’ and hopes to end the season with a trophy.
The Denmark international has signed on loan from Wolfsburg until the end of the season, with Rangers having the option to make the move permanent in the summer.
Skov Olsen, 26, has made just 10 appearances for the Bundesliga side since his summer move from Club Brugge.
He excelled in Belgium, scoring 49 goals and providing 30 assists in 124 appearances, and Skov Olsen told BBC Sport Scotland he hopes to show fans he can recapture that form at Ibrox.
He said: “I hope I can bring more strength to the attack, score and create for the team.”
“I think they can expect that I will try to break through, [going] At home and abroad. Shoot and prepare my teammates. Just go, even [if I] Lose the ball – go again.
“That’s what they can expect, I’ll try to do that.
“It’s a very interesting period. But we have to take it one game at a time and win the next game in front of us. Hopefully we can lift trophies at the end of the season.”
Skov Olsen played for Nordsjælland in Denmark and with Bologna in the Italian League before moving to Club Brugge.
He added that he had spoken to many people about the club, including some current Rangers players he played with in his home country.
“I know some guys from Nordseiland the other day. [Oliver] Antman, new signing Tucci [Chukwuani]and duet [Mohamed Diomande].
“I know the players a little bit, so it was great to see them after a few years.
“I spoke through a friend with Antman who came in the summer and obviously Tocci has just arrived, other than that I spoke to some other people about the club who had nothing but good things to say.”
