What awaits us in episodes 3 and 4 of Made in Korea?
Episode 3 and 4 of Made in Korea It is expected to push the story into open conflict. With Man Jae gone, the power vacuum will reshape the drug network. Kang Dae-il will likely step forward as the new leader of the front, quietly supported by Ji-tae. Business won’t slow down. Instead, it will expand with greater secrecy and tighter control.
Gi-tae’s role within the KCIA must become more dangerous as he balances state power with criminal profit. His alliances may expand, attracting high-ranking officials and foreign contacts. On the other hand, Jeon Young is no longer chasing shadows. After discovering mistakes and sensing Ji Tae’s involvement, his investigation must become more precise and more personal.
Expect bolder moves from the prosecutor’s office, even as pressure mounts to close the case. Ye-jin’s role may increase as she becomes more involved in fieldwork, while Yu-ji’s political influence is likely to emerge more clearly. Episodes 3 and 4 should focus on escalation. The rivalry begins to spill over into public opinion, paving the way for a full-scale power war.
Made in Korea Episode 1 and 2 brief summary

Made in Korea It begins with a Japanese plane hijacked by fake revolutionaries. Kenji, a calm and intelligent man on the ship, manipulates everyone using lies and a suitcase full of drugs. South Korea secretly tricks the plane into landing in Seoul, then sends it to North Korea to serve its political goals.
By the end of the episode, everyone survives, and new airport security rules begin. The big twist was also revealed. Kenji is actually Baek Ji-tae, a powerful Korean intelligence officer who is secretly running drug deals. In the second episode, Prosecutor Jeon Young investigates a murder linked to methamphetamine trafficking.
He sets a trap to catch the drug gang, but intelligence officers stop him. Gi-tae is revealed to be working with the gang on the inside. The gang leader is killed, a new leader is protected, and the drug trade continues. Jeon-young realizes that the system is corrupt and prepares to fight Ji-tae head-on.
Made in Korea It has already been renewed for a second season. This means that the overarching story will continue beyond these initial six episodes in the second half of 2026.
