Multiple World Cup gold medalist Kirsty Muir was the youngest athlete on Team GB four years ago in Beijing and, at 21, returns for her second Olympics to compete in the freestyle and big air skiing alongside Chris McCormick.
Freestyle skier Gus Kenworthy, who retired after the 2022 Games but returned to training last year, returns to the Olympic stage in the halfpipe alongside Liam Richards, while Maisie Hill and Txema Mazet-Brown join Brooks in competing in the slopestyle and big air.
Like Ryding, Andrew Musgrave will be competing in his fifth Olympic Games where he competes in cross country. He was selected alongside veteran James Clugunt for Beijing 2022 and new players Joe Davies and Anna Price.
Ollie Davies is Team GB’s sole representative in cross-country skiing, while Makayla Jerken-Schofield and Matthew Jennison will compete in the championships.
Vicky Gosling, CEO of GB Snowsport, said: “Over the past four years, our skiers and snowboarders have shown they can mix it up with the best in the world, and the team heading to these Games is a true reflection of the talent, determination and will to win that makes British sport so special.”
UK Sport believes Team GB can win between four and eight medals at the Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina next month.
The best medal tally at a Winter Games is five, achieved in Sochi 2014 and equaled in PyeongChang four years later, but the Great Britain team returns home from Beijing in 2022 with just two medals.
The BBC will broadcast more than 450 hours of live action for the Games, which take place from Friday 6 to Sunday 22 February.
