The BBC will broadcast more than 450 hours of live events for next month’s Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina.
The Games, which take place from Friday 6 to Thursday 22 February, are the most accessible to a UK audience in two decades.
BBC Sport will show two sets of live daytime events from Italy, along with the best clips, highlights and live text updates across the BBC Sport website, app and social media channels.
Television coverage will be led by Clare Balding, Hazel Irvine and Janet Kwakye on BBC One and BBC Two from 9am to 10pm daily from the BBC studio in Cortina.
The second live stream, Olympics Extra, will be available via BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website and app from 8am to 11pm to show more of the Winter Olympics.
Former Olympians Lizzie Yarnold, Vicki Wright and Montel Douglas are among the team of pundits providing analysis at the Games.
Alex Kay Gilski, Director of BBC Sport, said: “The Winter Olympics shine a spotlight on the world’s elite winter athletes as they push the boundaries of speed, precision and excellence across the snow and ice, and BBC Sport can’t wait to bring the best action and medal moments live from Milano Cortina.
“Our expert lineup of international winter sports stars, combined with our unmissable coverage, will ensure that the 2026 Italy Winter Olympics take pride of place in what promises to be an unforgettable year of sport.”
UK Sport is hoping Team GB can achieve between four and eight medals at the Games.
