Following his side’s 2-1 win over Portsmouth, Parkinson revealed that strikers Kiefer Moore and Sam Smith – who scored the opening goal against Pompey – were among those suffering from the illness.
But the Wrexham manager says he has no new concerns ahead of his rivalry with Nathan Jones Addicks.
“Yes, one or two others were also (sick), but they all came back this morning. We were all out yesterday and back today,” Parkinson said.
“It’s about getting the guys who haven’t played the right level of training, those who played a second day to recover and pick the team tomorrow to go and put the performance down at Charlton.”
January signing Zak Fenner was unavailable for the first three matches after joining Wrexham from Bristol City due to a toe injury.
The 28-year-old came on as a substitute in each of the league wins against Ipswich Town and Portsmouth last week, and is now in a position to be used when called upon.
“Zach is fine,” Parkinson said.
“It was good the way we were doing well. It gave him enough time to completely correct his toe. He’s training again today.”
