Wrexham were dealt a double blow as Kiefer Moore suffered a “small” split tendon, while Liberato Casassi suffered a setback in his recovery from a hamstring injury.
Striker Moore came on as a substitute in the Red Dragons’ 4-2 loss to Chelsea in the FA Cup fifth round on Friday, but was withdrawn late.
The 33-year-old, who is the club’s top scorer this season with 13 goals, has been left out of the squad to face Hull City in the Championship on Tuesday night.
Moore’s injury is likely to worry Wales coach Craig Bellamy as he prepares for their World Cup qualifier semi-final against Bosnia and Herzegovina at Cardiff City Stadium on March 26.
If Wales win, they will host the final against Italy or Northern Ireland five days later.
Left-back Casaci has been suffering from injuries since his move to North Wales from Italian club Empoli last summer.
The 25-year-old New Zealand international has been limited to just 11 appearances in the tournament this season.
